This also shows "quick release" cleat on center board trunk - the control line (green) is cleated here to control depth (we usually sail with it down full depth, unless cruising in shallow water). If you hit bottom enough force is applied to the control line to "pop" the cleat (there's a spring loaded lever, that "gives way" when a certain force is applied), so the board pops up. You then re-set the lever when you're back in deeper water.
